TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all sales:
Term of Sale: Payment is due prior to shipping unless prior approval with Photo-Imaging Consultants, LLC or Digital2you.cc.
Returns: Returns must be approved in advance and maybe subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge. In order to return purchases to Digital2you.cc, you must obtain an RA# (Return Authorization #) by calling us at 303-980-8069. We will only accept unopened items purchased 21 days from the date of invoice and maybe subjected to a restocking fee. No returns are accepted after 30 days from the date of invoice. If an item is defective we can exchange it if we are notified within 5 days from the date of invoice. Software may not be returned. Any and all used, demo, or refurbished equipment is sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied, other than with the manufacturer.
Special Order Items: Special orders require a deposit of 50%
Shipping: Photo-Imaging Consultants, LLC & Digital2you.cc ships UPS Ground. All shipments are FOB shipping point. Should special shipping arrangements or additional insurance be required it will be the purchaser's responsibility. International orders, taxes and duty are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping and Handling Fee: All orders are calculated on the current UPS shipping fees. Shipments of $250.00 or less, are subject to minimal flat fee charge flat in addition to the actual shipping.
Back Orders: Items out of stock will be ordered at once and shipped to you as soon as possible.
